Unliweight is applicable only to Ninja Pouch, no weight limit as long as it fits to Ninja Pouch

Yes we do offer pick-up for Ninja Pouches only. Own packaging parcels can only be transacted in our store.

As of now, we can only accept maximum of 10 kilo parcel on own packaging.

Dimension should not exceed 100 cm in any dimension (length, width or height) and should not exceed 10 kilos in Final Weight.
What is Final Weight?
Dimension or Parcel weight whichever is higher will be the Final Weight.

P25 or 2.7% of the amount to be collected whichever is higher

1.12% of the declared value ng parcel

Yes it is required. It aims to protect your parcel from unexpected circumstances
Do I need to package my parcel before handing it to you?
Yes you need to package properly your parcel before handing it over to us. It is the sole responsibility of the shipper to make sure that his or her package is properly package and sealed.
